The trucking company is not responsible for unloading your item or items. Someone must be present at time of delivery. We suggest a minimum of 2 to 3 people depending on the weight of the item. If you are unsure of how much an item weighs please email us so we may give you an approximate weight. We cannot guarantee delivery times yet we will help coordinate a delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any charges relating to labor stand by charges, equipment rentals, time delay or any other charges that may be incurred with the delivery.
